Head of Global Transaction and Payment Services

Pascal Auge has been Head of Global Transaction & Payment Services since march 2013. He was before Head of Global Transaction Banking since 2012, supervising Societe Generale's four Global Transaction Banking business lines: corporate cash management, cash clearing and correspondent banking, global trade finance and factoring. He was as well Deputy Head of Global Transaction & Payment Services.

He began his career at Societe Generale Group in 1986. After working for 9 years at the Group internal auditing department, he joined Corporate and Investment Banking (SG CIB) as Deputy Head of the media and telecom coverage department. In 1997 he became Deputy head for Western Europe and in 1998 he took over as Head of Corporate Banking in London, before becoming Country Head for Germany in 2001 and then for Italy in 2005. In 2007, Pascal Augé was appointed global head of human resources and a member of the Board of Directors at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking. In 2009 he became Head of Western Europe for SG CIB.

Pascal Auge is a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC).

Bruno Prigent has been Head of Societe Generale Securities Services since October 2011.

After working for 4 years as IT project manager for an IT services company (SG2), Bruno Prigent joined the Societe Generale group in 1984 where he initially spent 7 years with the Inspection Générale.

He subsequently held a number of different positions within the securities division: Head of fund administration, Head of Depot bank, Head of securities for institutional investors (from June 2000 until June 2008) and Deputy Head of Societe Generale Securities Services (from July 2008 to September 2011).

He is a member of the Group Management Committee of Societe Generale.
Bruno Prigent is a member of AMF’s (French regulator) Consultative Commission for “Asset Management and Institutional Investors” and is a Board Member of the Euroclear Group. He is president and administrator of several additional boards of directors in France and of SGSS’ entities abroad.

Bruno Prigent has a master’s degree in information technology (MIAGE) from Paris IX Dauphine.

Global Head of Sub-Custody Network Management

 

Massimiliano Notarianni began his professional banking career in 1997 working in Milan for Paribas’s custody division which later evolved to a move to the Paris headquarters assuming commercial responsibilities for the Euronext zone. From 2005, he moved to London to join UBS Investment Bank’s Network Management department overlooking various market responsibilities for several business lines. In 2011, he joined Societe Generale’s Corporate & Investment Bank (SGCIB) division and assumed responsibilities for the APAC region within the Network Management team. This role evolved in 2014 when he was appointed Head of Provider Monitoring & Change, managing a team of Network Managers responsible for both SGSS and SG CIB’s custody relationships globally. Massimiliano was appointed as Global Head of Sub-Custody Network Management in 2016.

Massimiliano has a Business Degree in European Business and Technology from the University of Brighton and Polytechnic of Turin respectively.

Mathilde began her career at Societe Generale in 1991 and held various positions within the investment bank and the Custody Services Department, where she managed transversal studies and project coordination. She participated in the analysis of all IT and operational aspects of the SGSS acquisition of UniCredit’s securities services in 2005. She was then appointed programme manager for the migration of Pioneer Asset Management’s Luxembourg funds. Mathieu Maurier, 42, has a Master of Science in Banking and Corporate Finance. He joined Societe Generale in 1994 as an Account Manager for the institutional clearing and custody unit in Paris.

In 1996, he became Product and Relationship Manager, managing, in particular, the introduction of the euro for the bank’s institutional clients.

He was then appointed Sales and Relationship Manager in the Securities Services Department in 1999, where he developed local and global custody and value-added services in a number of international markets. From 2002, he was a Senior Sales Manager with responsibility for international markets, in particular Japan and the Middle-East.

He moved to Johannesburg in 2005 to become Managing Director of Societe Generale in South Africa.

In 2008 he was appointed Head of Business Development for SGSS in Russia working within the SG Group local subsidiary Rosbank where he stayed 3 years.

Mathieu came back in France in 2011 and has been heading the Global Sales and Relationship Management team of SGSS since then. He is today managing a global sales force of 80+ senior executives covering the full spectrum of Securities & Asset Servicing products and services in more than 20+ financial markets.

In 2009, Mathieu Maurier was included in Global Custodian magazine’s Securities Services Hall of Fame in recognition of his contribution to the shaping of the securities services industry.

Guillaume HERAUD is Global Head of Marketing for SGSS and a member of SGSS international Mangement Committee since July 2010.

Guillaume joined Societe Generale in 1990 and began his career wiht the bank’s « Inspection Generale » department. Following several assignments with in the group’s retail banking branch in France and abroad. Guillaume was given the responsability of strategic international development, working closely with the Head of Securities, in Nantes.

In 1998, Guillaume went on to launch an entity in Zurich, Switzerland, specialised in clearing and custody for the swiss and german markets. At the end of 2002, he returned to France was appointed Chairman of PÄREL S.A , a clearing subsidiary of Societe Generale , before taking on the role of Deputy Head in charge of the product line to develop SGSS cleraing offer in July 2008.

Guillaume HERAUD holds a degree in economics and politics from « the Institut d’Etudes Poilitiques in PARIS ».

Eric de Nexon has been Head of Strategy for Market Infrastructures at SGSS since March 2007. Eric began his career in 1986 as Vice-President of Banque Demachy et Associés. In 1987, he was named Senior Consultant for finance and markets with Ernst and Young before joining the Société Générale group as Head of Back-Offices and Relit Project Manager at Delahaye Ripault, an investment services subsidiary of Societe Generale.

In 1994, he moved to Parel, General Clearing Member, subsidiary of Société Generale, where he held several functions before finally becoming Managing Director. In 2003, he was appointed Head of International Clearing and Custody Network of SBAN / STI before becoming Managing Director of the Global Asset Clearing project, launched in the context of the creation of SGSS

Eric de Gay de Nexon is a member of many committees dedicated to financial markets both in France and abroad as the T2S Advisory Group and the COGESI (ECB), and the Market Advisory Committee of Euroclear France. He is vice chairman of AFTI, the French association for securities services providers.

Andy Duffin has been with Societe Generale Securities Services since 2007 and is currently Head of Sales, Emerging Markets. He has over 25 years experience within the securities services industry having begun his career within the custody division of the Royal Bank of Scotland plc in 1987. Following a 10 year period at the Royal Bank of Scotland plc he joined the network management group of Deutsche Bank AG where he headed the team in EMEA. In 2005 he joined Clearstream Banking as a Sales and Relationship Manager based in London.

Isabelle Salomone, is Director at Société Générale Zurich. As Deputy Head of Securities Services Switzerland, she oversees particularly the Swiss Representative business for collective investment schemes distributed in her country. Isabelle has over 18 years experience in Securities Services industry. She joined Société Générale in 1998, where, as Network Manager at the Head office, she was responsible for various cross-functional projects in the Global Custody area world-wide. In 2001, she joined the Swiss branch, where she was in charge of Relationship and Sales. Isabelle was born in 1973 and graduated from various universities covering a wide area from Bank and Finance through Italian and Russian literature and has a postgraduate from Institut d’Etudes Politiques.

Paola Deantoni is Senior Advisor, Strategy for Market Infrastructures in SG Securities Services (SGSS). Paola has been employed by Credito Italiano (then Unicredito Italiano Group) since 1981 and covered several roles, mainly in the Securities Business Area. She has worked in all the securities back office departments (domestic and foreign securities) in the organisation and as a Supervisor Coordinator of Operations. Between 2000 and 2005 . Paola worked as Head of Network Management at SGSS and was also in charge of assessment and selection of custodians. She is currently Senior Advisor, Strategy for Market Infrastructures, SGSS. Paola has extensive knowledge of Italian and foreign market rules which has been acquired through working on new projects at National and International Working Groups such as ABI, SWIFT EBF and AFME.

Laurent VIALAT began his career in 1991 within the Caisse d’Epargne Group – Basse Normandie division – where he created the Regional Telemarketing Platform and became Head of Direct Marketing and Communications in 1994.

He joined Societe Generale Group in 1998 to run the operational marketing campaigns for the French Retail Bank. In 2002, he became advertising campaign manager within the Strategy and Marketing Department in charge of organizing and coordinating the national advertising campaigns and digital communications.

In 2005, he was appointed Deputy Head of Communications for Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) to manage international communication teams, before being appointed Head of Communications for SGSS in 2013.

Laurent holds a degree from the University of Limoges, France, in Direct Marketing.

Emmanuel de Bouard is Global Head of the business line Cash Clearing Services since 2002 within Société Générale's Global Transaction Banking division. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Global Transaction & Payment Services.

Emmanuel began his career in the group Société Générale in 1974. After 21 years spent within various branches of of the French Retail Banking Network, in which he successively handled individual customers and SMEs in Societe Generale French Network finally multinationals as Deputy Head for an "Agence Grandes Entreprises". Emmanuel de Bouard joined the Banking Direction of Société Générale in 1995 as Corresponding Branch Manager (Back-offices and customer services for the non-resident Banks). He then took in charge the Cash Clearing for Banks and Financial institutions business line.

Born in 1953, Emmanuel has a B.A. in English, he is also graduated of the CESB

Graduated from the ESCEM Tours and the University of Ottawa, Jean-François joined Société Générale in 1993. He held various managerial positions in the French retail network, essentially on the SME and large corporate segments. In 2011, he was appointed Senior Banker on a portfolio of key agribusiness corporate clients, most of them belonging to the French cooperative sector.

Since November 2015, he has been co-heading the Cash Clearing Services department, one of the four Société Générale’s worldwide GTB business lines.

Olivier has joined the Cash Clearing Services team (GTPS/GTB/BAN) as global head of sales and network management in 2013. He is responsible for the business line's sales teams in France and abroad, and is also in charge of the network management.

Olivier Miet joined Societe Generale in 1994 as Marketing Manager for the French retail banking network. He then became Market Manager within the Strategy & Marketing department, before becoming Head of Marketing at UIB (Tunisian subsidiary). From 2006, he handled the management of Corporate clients within the Courbevoie regional head office, he rejoined IBFS in 2009 as Head of Corporates at Banque de Polynésie.

PINAR GUNGOREN-CHEDRU joined Societe Generale Group in January 1998, where she since held various positions of increasing responsibilities in credit risk management. In 2006 she was appointed the Compliance Officer for Societe Generale in Turkey. In February 2009, she relocated to Paris to take up her present role as Global Head of Sanctions and Embargoes Compliance for the SG Group. She has also delivered a wide range of internal trainings on sanctions matters, as well as an external course in the “Prevention of fraud and money laundering” Master Program of Strasbourg University. Finally Pinar is an active member of sanctions working groups in the French and European Banking Federations and she is chairing Wolfsberg sanctions working Group.

Olivier joined GTB Cash Clearing Services in 2013 as Head of Asia Pacific and Middle East after 35 years spent within Societe Generale.

He has a wide international experience, since he handled several positions in Kuala Lumpur as Deputy managing director for Sogelease, in Istanbul as Managing director for Societe Generale. In 2003 he joined the retail banking France as customer relationship manager for 3 years, before joining Global Transaction & Payment Services in 2006. He was first Head of International Trade Finance for 6 years, then focused, during one year, on Africa potential, and is since 2 years head of Asia Pacific and Middle East.

In February 2013 Andrey Ukolov was selected to represent the GTB Cash Clearing Correspondent within Rosbank. He has a vocation to contribute locally to the Correspondent Banking strategy definition and to undertake its implementation according to its objectives as determined with the business line GTB/BAN, in connection with BHFM/CLT and the relevant Coverage in the subsidiary. He monitors the business line activities in Russia (sales, products development and its reporting) and its associated support functions (finance, IT developments, risks issues, compliance) with the support of the business line and taking into account the context of Rosbank.

Currently, the main focus of Rosbank FI team in Correspondent Banking is Clearing services in Russian Ruble (RUB), where Rosbank offers a full range of cash payment services in RUB to other banks from all over the world.

Isabelle Poussigues joined Societe Generale in 2005 as Office Manager for the French retail banking network. She became then relationship manager on a portfolio of corporate clients. In 2011 she joined the coverage desk of the French key corporate clients as Senior Banker Assistant.

She became Risk Director for a regional area in the South of France and since August 2016 she manages the BAN network management.

After one year with Credit Lyonnais in Frankfurt (Germany) she was hired by Société Générale which she has been loyal to until now. The main drivers of her already long carrier could be seen as : focus on international exposure, eagerness for opening new routes and commitment for developing people.

She joined SG Paris as a junior math expert in the Export Finance business line. Then she moved to the newly created Capital Market division as a FX derivative sale, where she developed a much needed global training program for clients and SG employees in a business area which was largely unknown at that time in France.
Right after the countries of Eastern Europe opened to Western business again, SG created a team in charge of helping Western European companies to find partners in Eastern countries. Agnès joined this team with a focus on Czech Republic and Hungary.
Then followed 4 exciting years as HR for SG Capital Market division

In 1998, she finally came back to the Export Finance division in charge of the Asian desks. In this position, she was able to develop a strong franchise in Korea which naturally led her to become Head of the Export Finance business unit in Seoul from 2005 to 2009.

Coming back to Paris, she was appointed Coverage banker in charge of a portfolio of key clients of the bank, mainly focused on the automobile sector (PSA, Renault-Nissan, Michelin…)

After 5 years in this position, she joined in March this year the Trade Finance business line as Deputy Head in charge of commercial activities worldwide.

Benoît, who has 24 years’ experience in the Societe Generale Group, previously ran the Paris Etoile Entreprises branch, one of the four Paris business banking branches managing the major corporations of the France network.

Benoît started his career in investment banking as a credit analyst in Paris, then from 1991 to 1995 he worked in the United States as Senior Relationship Manager for American Fortune 500 companies and American subsidiaries of major European corporations. Returning to Paris, he served as Senior Marketing Manager (metals and minerals) to major exporters based mainly in Brazil, Eastern Europe, Russia and Africa. He then left to Australia for 4 years where as Head of Commodities and Trade Finance he oversaw teams in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. In late 2003, he joined France retail banking as Deputy Head, Corporate at the Paris Etoile Entreprises branch, taking over the reins in 2009 after two years at the Saint Germain-en-Laye regional retail banking head office.

Pascale Moreau was appointed Global Head Fixed Income & Currencies Sales for large and small Corporates in April 2012. Since then, she manages a team of 170 people, offering the full fledge of services for supporting the Corporate market needs, from advisory on hedging policies to streamlined execution of market products like interest rates derivatives, FX and investment products. Her team got the Risk award for Risk solution Bank of the year, and is number 3 on the European zone for FX volume to Corporates.

 Pascale joined the Interest Rate Derivatives team for French Corporates at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking in 1998 as a Sales and a Strategist for the team. She was particularly in charge of finding the best suitable products on IRS for Corporates. In January 2001, she created the European Cross-Selling team, making the best of in-house synergies with the Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking financing business lines. In January 2006, Pascale was appointed Deputy-Head of European Sales in Interest Rate Derivatives. In 2007, she became Global Deputy-Head of Interest Rate & Foreign Exchange Derivatives, and in 2008, Global Co-Head of Interest Rate and Forex Derivatives Sales for Issuers.

 Prior to joining Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, Pascale worked for 3 years as a swap trader and as a proprietary trader on G7 currencies at the Caisse des Depôts et des Consignations (CDC).

 Pascale graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and from ENSAE (Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Economique). Pascale also holds a degree in Actuarial Science.
