Gildas Le Treut is appointed Global Head of Sales and Relationship Management for SGSS in September 2018. He joined the Group in May 2018 after 11 years at ABN Amro Clearing. Since 2007, he has been successively Managing Director of the branch in France (Fortis Bank Nederland), Global Head of Product & Network Management and Global Director of Prime Services. He has developed ABN AMRO Clearing franchise for institutional investors, banks, asset managers and hedge funds. He started his carrier in 1996 at BNP Paribas Securities Services in the equity clearing team where he occupied various positions before being promoted as Global Sales & Relationship Manager for Continental Europe.
Gildas Le Treut has a Master degree in Bank & Finance from Sorbonne University.

Bruno Prigent has been Head of Societe Generale Securities Services since October 2011.
After working for 4 years as IT project manager for an IT services company (SG2), Bruno Prigent joined the Societe Generale group in 1984 where he initially spent 7 years with the Inspection Générale.
He subsequently held a number of different positions within the securities division: Head of Fund Administration, Head of Depot Bank, Head of Securities for institutional investors (from June 2000 until June 2008) and Deputy Head of Societe Generale Securities Services (from July 2008 to September 2011).
He is a member of the Societe Generale Group Management Committee.
Bruno Prigent is president and administrator of several additional boards of directors in France and of SGSS entities abroad.

Christophe Baurand is Head of Coverage, Marketing and Solutions and a member of SGSS’s Executive Committee.
Christophe Baurand began his career at Societe Generale in 1993. For 13 years he occupied a number of positions at SG CIB, including a role in sales at the equity derivatives desk for the French market. He became Head of equity derivatives in Switzerland in 1999 and for the Benelux area from 2002.
From 2003 to 2006, he was Head of Sales for alternative investment products. In 2006, Christophe Baurand joined Lyxor as Head of Sales and Marketing for alternative investments and in 2012 was appointed Head of Alternative Investments and Director of Development, in charge of the international supervision of sales and marketing for Lyxor products.
Christophe Baurand is a graduate of the ESCP Business School and has a Masters in Finance from the ESSEC Business School.

Matthew Davey was appointed as Managing Director and Head of Business Solutions to reinforce its service offering for institutional investors, asset managers, financial intermediaries and corporates in December 2016.
Matthew Davey has over 25 years of experience in senior management positions within the securities services industry.
Matthew Davey began his career as a business analyst at J.P. Morgan (previously Morgan Guaranty Trust Co.). He joined State Street Bank & Trust in 1996 to hold various positions in relationship management and investment operations outsourcing, both in Europe and the US. In 2007 he returned to J.P. Morgan to manage custody products for the UK pension fund segment, before heading up complex deal and programme management for UK asset managers. Matthew Davey went on to coordinate bid management at HSBC in 2011 and was later appointed head of consultant relations for the EMEA region. In 2014 he was appointed Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Manager client relations for the UKMEA region at State Street Bank & Trust, before leaving the bank in 2016.
In 2013, Matthew Davey was a member of the Outsourcing Working Group Steering Committee and was the lead author for the group’s report into outsourcing oversight considerations for asset managers. He also contributed to its recent Addendum, which was published in November 2016.
Matthew Davey holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Pathobiology with Chemistry from Reading University.

Massimiliano Notarianni began his professional banking career in 1997 working in Milan for Paribas’ custody division which later evolved to a move to the Paris headquarters assuming commercial responsibilities for the Euronext zone. From 2005, he moved to London to join UBS Investment Bank’s Network Management department overlooking various market for several business lines. In 2011, he joined Societe Generale’s Corporate & Investment Bank (SGCIB) division and assumed responsibilities for the APAC region within the Network Management team. This role evolved in 2014 when he was appointed Head of Provider Monitoring & Change, managing Network Managers responsible for both SGSS and SGCIB’s network of custody relationships globally. Massimiliano was appointed as Global Head of Sub-Custody Network Management in 2016.
Massimiliano has a Business Degree in European Business and Technology from the University of Brighton and Polytechnic of Turin respectively.

Stewart joined Societe Generale Securities Services in 2006, responsible for Asset Servicing within the Clearing Services business in the UK. In 2009, he became Operations Manager for Global Custody in London before moving to the Emerging Markets Sales and Relationship Management team in 2012. Since 1997, when he began his career in the Securities industry, Stewart has held various operational positions including roles at Fidelity Brokerage, Lloyds TSB Securities Services, Tokyo-Mitsubishi International and Nomura International.

Pascal Auge has been Head of Global Transaction & Payment Services since march 2013. He was before Head of Global Transaction Banking since 2012, supervising Societe Generale's four Global Transaction Banking business lines: corporate cash management, cash clearing and correspondent banking, global trade finance and factoring. He was as well Deputy Head of Global Transaction & Payment Services.
He began his career at Societe Generale Group in 1986. After working for 9 years at the Group internal auditing department, he joined Corporate and Investment Banking (SG CIB) as Deputy Head of the media and telecom coverage department. In 1997 he became Deputy head for Western Europe and in 1998 he took over as Head of Corporate Banking in London, before becoming Country Head for Germany in 2001 and then for Italy in 2005. In 2007, Pascal Augé was appointed global head of human resources and a member of the Board of Directors at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking. In 2009 he became Head of Western Europe for SG CIB.
Pascal Auge is a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC).
Didier Balland, Head of Marketing, Cash Clearing Services at Société Générale. Expert in payments services for the last 20 years. After few years as consultant in Cash management for major banks in France he started at Société Générale as the head of electronic banking platforms for corporates before becoming head of VIP customers implementation team. Now head of marketing for international payments and innovation for correspondent banking.

Evelyne joined Societe Generale Group and SG CIB in 1986 in Hamburg, Germany. Before becoming the Chief Country Officer in India, she was the Deputy Head of Corporate Commodity and Trade Finance in Paris, responsible for managing the International Traders Financing teams in Europe with a particular focus on financing major oil traders’ coverage and on business development in Africa.
On January 2018, she became Head of Global Transaction Banking in Asia-Pacific, and Head of Traders, Commodity Finance and Agribusiness Group Asia-Pacific .

Benoît Desserre has been Global Head of Payment and Cash Management since September 2013. Benoît, who has 24 years’ experience in the Societe Generale Group, previously ran the Paris Etoile Entreprises branch, one of the four Paris business banking branches managing the major corporations of the France network.
Benoît started his career in investment banking as a credit analyst in Paris, then from 1991 to 1995 he worked in the United States as Senior Relationship Manager for American Fortune 500 companies and American subsidiaries of major European corporations. Returning to Paris, he served as Senior Marketing Manager (metals and minerals) to major exporters based mainly in Brazil, Eastern Europe, Russia and Africa. He then left to Australia for 4 years where as Head of Commodities and Trade Finance he oversaw teams in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. In late 2003, he joined France retail banking as Deputy Head, Corporate at the Paris Etoile Entreprises branch, taking over the reins in 2009 after two years at the Saint Germain-en-Laye regional retail banking head office.

Edwige joined Societe Generale in 2007 after various experiences in Investment banks (Deutsche Bank, Natixis or Banque Worms) where she acquired a strong knowledge in Commodity Trade Finance and risk management. Within SG, she spent almost 8 years heading the European Trade & Commodity Finance Middle Office before joining GTB Cash Clearing Service as Sales Area Manager for Western Europe & Americas in January 2015.

Anne-Claire Gorge is Global Head of Product Management & innovation – Trade finance & services at Société Générale.
She’s been with SG for 23 years. She started as a relationship manager (SMEs and large corporates).
Thereafter she joined the Global Transaction Banking division as a corporate cash management consultant. She moved to product management and became Head of Liquidity Management Solutions for corporate clients.
In 2015 she joined the Trade finance business line to take the responsibility of product management&innovation teams based in Paris, Singapore and Beijing.
She graduated from ESSEC Business School in Paris with a MSc in management–Grande Ecole.

Kay has been a RM for Cash Clearing Services and Correspondent banking since November 2006 looking after banks in Southeast Asia & Oceania. It has been nine years experiences with Societe Generale dedicated her roles for marketing and customer services to serve her clients in the region.
Before joining Societe Generale, Kay used to work with The Bank of New York in Thailand, responsible for USD Clearing Services as a deputy of country manager for 3 years. Her previous experienced before becoming a banker was an instructor in university and few years experiences in Thai’s politic.
Kay is a graduate of Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from City University, Settle, WA, USA.

Graduated from HEC Business School in 1983 with a major in International Business
After one year with Credit Lyonnais in Frankfurt (Germany) she was hired by Societe Generale which she has been loyal to until now. The main drivers of her already long carrier could be seen as : focus on international exposure, eagerness for opening new routes and commitment for developing people.
She joined SG Paris as a junior math expert in the Export Finance business line. Then she moved to the newly created Capital Market division as a FX derivative sale, where she developed a much needed global training program for clients and SG employees in a business area which was largely unknown at that time in France.
Right after the countries of Eastern Europe opened to Western business again, SG created a team in charge of helping Western European companies to find partners in Eastern countries. Agnès joined this team with a focus on Czech Republic and Hungary.
Then followed 4 exciting years as HR for SG Capital Market division
In 1998, she finally came back to the Export Finance division in charge of the Asian desks. In this position, she was able to develop a strong franchise in Korea which naturally led her to become Head of the Export Finance business unit in Seoul from 2005 to 2009.
Coming back to Paris, she was appointed Coverage banker in charge of a portfolio of key clients of the bank, mainly focused on the automobile sector (PSA, Renault-Nissan, Michelin…)
After 5 years in this position, she joined in March this year the Trade Finance business line as Deputy Head in charge of commercial activities worldwide.
Since the beginning of 2014, Laurent LAFEUILLADE worked in the Interbank Relationships department of SOCIETE GENERALE Group. Among other responsibilities, he is the convenor of the French NUG and NMG “Payments & Cash Reporting – Treasury” Working Group which act namely as the French mirror group of SWIFT PMWG, PMPG and SAG.
He joined SOCIETE GENERALE in 1992 after a three years experience in a strategy consulting firm.
He spent 10 years in Correspondent Banking, Mass Payment, Cash Management, Trade Services and Custody department, especially in projects management in London (3 years) and linked to trade business in Asia.
In 2004, he moved to the Corporate and Investment Bank of SG Group to work on Business Continuity Activity issues and then on Operational Risks matters.
In 2010, Laurent LAFEUILLADE joined SG Private Banking as Operational Risk Manager to address in particular, in liaison with Compliance department, AML and KYC issues on one side and anti-fraud program on the other side.

Eric Le Lay is Chief Compliance Officer for the Global Trade and Payment Services Business Unit of Société Générale since March 2018. Eric began his career at Société Générale in 1985 when he joined the Inspection team. Since then he has held a variety of financing positions within Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking. In 1996, he launched the Trade Finance activity within the newly created Commodity & Trade Finance business line. In 2003, he was appointed Deputy Global Head of Trade & Commodity Finance within the Natural Resources & Energy Financing team before being appointed Head of Traders, Commodity Finance & Agribusiness for EMEA in 2008. Eric is a graduate of Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Paris.

Graduated from the ESCEM Tours and the University of Ottawa, Jean-François joined Société Générale in 1993. He held various managerial positions in the French retail network, essentially on the SME and large corporate segments. In 2011, he was appointed Senior Banker on a portfolio of key agribusiness corporate clients, most of them belonging to the French cooperative sector.
Since November 2015, he has been co-heading the Cash Clearing Services department, one of the four Societe Generale’s worldwide GTB business lines.

Olivier has joined the Cash Clearing Services team (GTPS/GTB/BAN) as global head of sales and network management in 2013. He is responsible for the business line's sales teams in France and abroad, and is also in charge of the network management.
Olivier Miet joined Societe Generale in 1994 as Marketing Manager for the French retail banking network. He then became Market Manager within the Strategy & Marketing department, before becoming Head of Marketing at UIB (Tunisian subsidiary). From 2006, he handled the management of Corporate clients within the Courbevoie regional head office, he rejoined IBFS in 2009 as Head of Corporates at Banque de Polynésie.

Isabelle has joined the Cash Clearing Services team (GTPS/GTB/BAN) as Head of Network management in 2016.
Isabelle Poussigues joined Societe Generale in 2005 as Office Manager for the French retail banking network. She became then relationship manager on a portfolio of corporate clients. In 2011 she joined the coverage desk of the French key corporate clients as Senior Banker Assistant.
She became Risk Director for a regional area in the South of France and since August 2016 she manages the BAN network management.
Head of Asia Pacific and Middle East
Olivier joined GTB Cash Clearing Services in 2013 as Head of Asia Pacific and Middle East after 35 years spent within Societe Generale.
He has a wide international experience, since he handled several positions in Kuala Lumpur as Deputy managing director for Sogelease, in Istanbul as Managing director for Societe Generale. In 2003 he joined the retail banking France as customer relationship manager for 3 years, before joining Global Transaction & Payment Services in 2006. He was first Head of International Trade Finance for 6 years, then focused, during one year, on Africa potential, and is since 2 years head of Asia Pacific and Middle East.

Isabel Santos joined Societe Generale in May 2016. Before that she worked in Portugal having started her banking career in 1993 at Banco Comercial Português as Account Manager of a portfolio of high net worth individual. She moved to Barclays Bank, Portugal, in 1997 where she was responsible for a portfolio of Premier Clients and where she stayed until 2003. In 2003 she started working at Banco Espirito Santo where she stayed until December 2014. In Banco Espirito Santo, Isabel Santos worked in several departments, namely within one of the Regional Direction of the Premier network, at the Marketing Department as the responsible for the bank’s offer (financial and non-financial products) for the Premier network within the Retail Banking network. After, she assumed the responsibility of the offer of saving products for the whole Retail Banking network and in the last years she was the Global Relationship Manager for FI for all business lines, namely Trade Finance, Cash Management, Custody and Capital Markets.

Twenty-five years experience in commercial banking both with top tier Chinese bank and international banks in China including Bank of China, Credit Commercial de France, and ANZ. Joined Societe Generale in 2007, now working as correspondent banker in transaction banking environment covering both cash clearing and trade finance business with bank clients in China.

Kenneth McDermott is a Senior Banker and Managing Director within the Financial Institutions Group of Societe Generale. Ken’s responsibilities include, amongst others, banking the largest US banks and key US affiliates of other SG global banking clients.
Prior to joining SG, Ken owned his own consulting and structured finance business. Prior to that, Ken was Managing Director of Finance (CFO), Risk and Research for Asset Management Finance Corporation (AMF), where he successfully led managements’ efforts in the sale of the company to Credit Suisse in 2008. Prior to AMF, Ken led structured credit and financing businesses, targeting financial institutions, at Citigroup and also led certain business development activities at GE Capital.
Ken received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University.

Alexandre started his career in Euronext in 1999 within the market surveillance team.
He joined Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking in 2002 within the referential operations.
In 2006 he moved to London to head the GCE Middle Office (Global Cash Equity). In 2011 he moved to the Fixed Income COO team to join the Sales and Trading governance. Following that experience he moved to Korea to become the MARK COO for the Société Générale Seoul Branch. In 2015 he came back to London to join the MARK project team and within that role managed different projects for CTY, Prime Brokerage, Equity Derivatives and MARK management.
In 2017, Alexandre has been appointed Chief of Staff for Securities Operations and Value chain Owner Cash Equity (Principal and Agency).

Global Head of Corporates Fixed Income & Currencies Sales
Pascale Moreau was appointed Global Head Fixed Income & Currencies Sales for large and small Corporates in April 2012. Since then, she manages a team of 170 people, offering the full fledge of services for supporting the Corporate market needs, from advisory on hedging policies to streamlined execution of market products like interest rates derivatives, FX and investment products. Her team got the Risk award for Risk solution Bank of the year, and is number 3 on the European zone for FX volume to Corporates.
Pascale joined the Interest Rate Derivatives team for French Corporates at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking in 1998 as a Sales and a Strategist for the team. She was particularly in charge of finding the best suitable products on IRS for Corporates. In January 2001, she created the European Cross-Selling team, making the best of in-house synergies with the Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking financing business lines. In January 2006, Pascale was appointed Deputy-Head of European Sales in Interest Rate Derivatives. In 2007, she became Global Deputy-Head of Interest Rate & Foreign Exchange Derivatives, and in 2008, Global Co-Head of Interest Rate and Forex Derivatives Sales for Issuers.
Prior to joining Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, Pascale worked for 3 years as a swap trader and as a proprietary trader on G7 currencies at the Caisse des Depôts et des Consignations (CDC).
Pascale graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and from ENSAE (Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Economique). Pascale also holds a degree in Actuarial Science.

Charles-Louis joined Societe Generale Corporate Investment Banking in 2000 as Business Analyst and did several missions in East Europe (Warsaw, Moscow, Greece) and Asia. Then he became a project manager for the RISQ Department dedicated on dealing room activities during 2 years, before joined the Front Office FX as Project Coordinator in 2006. In 2008 he was appointed as FX Sales, in 2011 he focused on developing the FX Cross Selling on payments for 2 years, and since 2014 Charles-Louis is the Head of FX Transaction Banking Sales.
